By accessing or using the RamGrows website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

RamGrows provides AI automation, marketing, financial services, and business consulting. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual agreements between RamGrows and the client.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be specified in individual service agreements. Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each service period.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses to requests, and access to necessary accounts and platforms required for service delivery.

Intellectual Property

Work product created by RamGrows for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. RamGrows retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

RamGrows is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.
